What is it?
Supporting People is the name given to a quality assurance and grant programme for housing support services.

Milton Keynes Council is responsible for administering the Supporting People grant and ensuring all of the services funded provide good quality, value for money services that meet their service users' needs.
A range of organisations such as Registered Social Landlords (RSLs - sometimes known as Housing Associations) voluntary organisations, private companies and Council services provide housing support

Service User Involvement
The Supporting People Team regularly consult with service users to identify improvements to their services and other Council services. See
Service User Presentation as an example of some of the work undertaken with service users during 2008.
