Sailing

Milton Keynes Sailing Club
MKSC was formed in 1978 with the primary objective of promoting the sport of sailing. The club has a friendly and informal atmosphere, and visitors are always welcome to call into the club if they want see the facilities or need any information regarding sailing.


MKSC offer all year round sailing. The water is open for casual sailing seven days a week. Racing takes place every Sunday thorough out the year in a mixed handicap fleet, with both handicap and pursuit format races. During the summer months racing takes place every Wednesday evenings too. The Wednesday sessions takes place in very relaxed atmosphere, which is an excellent introduction to racing. The club has a numerous social events through out the year were all members of the family are encouraged to take part. We have an active youth section, with training throughout the summer and many countywide events. There are "Sail-away" events arranged to other clubs often on the coast to allow members to experience sailing in different locations and conditions.

Whitecap Leisure
Whitecap Leisure is a Royal Yachting Association and British Canoe Union Training Centre located at Willen Lake, offering courses in Sailing, Windsurfing, Canoeing and Powerboating. Courses are available for Adults, Children (over 8 years of age), schools and corporate groups.

Emberton Park Sailing Club

Emberton Park Sailing Club is a family orientated club located in Emberton Country Park, just 1 mile outside Olney.

EPSC sailors have exclusive use of Heron Water, which provides the ideal sailing environment for beginners and experienced sailors alike.
