Westcroft District Centre

Westcroft District Centre is a large retail development that serves the west side of Milton Keynes (Tattenhoe, Emerson Valley, Furzton, Shenley Brook End, Shenley Lodge, Oakhill, Shenley Wood, Shenley Chrurch End and West Bletchley).


The Westcroft Retail Park is an interesting place and definitely worth a visit one afternoon. It is reminiscent of an American shopping mall with it's huge stores and fast food outlets.

There is an abundance of free parking and a wide variety of retail outlets.

It has the added bonus of a local library, a pub, The Nut and Squirrel, a fish and chip shop and Mcdonalds, Pizza Hut and Kentucky Fried Chicken if you need a sustaining snack while shopping.

The Morrisons supermarket is a good size store stocking a wide range of goods and offering excellent prices. It also has a very pleasant restaurant serving reasonably priced food, cakes and coffees for the weary shopper. A kids menu is on offer.

There is also a Morrisons petrol station which is convenient for the local residents living in some of the newly developed areas around it.

The surrounding shops include a motorists store, a Boots the Chemist, pet store, and a big Next.

There are various discount stores such as Instore and QS. This place is great because sometimes the shops in the centre:mk can seem a tad expensive. In Instore you can get cheap kitchenware, homeware, clothes and now they even stock cheap food, such as branded chocolate biscuits in multipacks at knock down prices! There is also a car servicing centre.

A health centre / clinic is located adjacent to the district centre.

Westcroft is definitely a shopping area worth checking out and having a browse around.
