Interested in growing as a disciple of Jesus?Interested in growing as a disciple of Jesus?
It is a life-changing experience. Disciple involves daily reading of the Bible and the study notes plus meeting one evening each week to explore further. We take breaks to roughly coincide with school holidays. The daily commitment varies but averages out at about 30 minutes. It is hard work. It requires daily discipline, understanding, giving up a night a week, sharing with new people and there is a small financial commitment to cover the cost of the materials, but the satisfaction outweighs all that. Michael Dawson said, “After the longest, hardest day at work, I look forward to going, and this was my third year!” Consider joining the upcoming Disciple Bible Study group in the 2010-11 school year.
Interested? To reserve your place or for more information, please contact Rev. Chris Batten: email or 01908 587741. Further details about the course are available on the Disciple website . Back to Community Channel Homepage |
