An active lifestyle is beneficial for promoting good health and is also a great opportunity for socialising, but activity can be as social or as personal as you choose. Current recommendations suggest that:

 Welcome to MK:Active - For Everything Active in MK - Bullet Point Adults should be participating in a minimum of 30 mins a day of moderate intensity physical activity.

 Welcome to MK:Active - For Everything Active in MK - Bullet Point Children should be participating in a minimum of 1 hr per day of moderate intensity physical activity.

Everyday Activity Events

 Welcome to MK:Active - For Everything Active in MK - Everyday ActivityThe Everyday Activity Project is about incorporating physical activity into your everyday
life. It is currently recommended that adults should be completing 30 minutes or at
least 3 bouts of 10 minutes of moderate exercise 5 or more times a week inorder to
stay healthy.
