Some of our disabled volunteers are trained to assist with first time applications for Disability Living Allowance (DLA) and Attendance Allowance (AA). We have a partnership relationship with MK Citizens Advice Bureau.More about benefits

MK CIL Membership
We encourage people who use our service to become members. Membership of MK CIL is free, and members receive a copy of our quarterly newsletter TEAM-TALK; are invited to attend and vote at our Annual General Meeting and will receive details of local disability events.

Disability Awareness Training
MK CIL can offer Disability Awareness Training to your company, organisation or group. Delivered in collaboration with people who have a disability themselves, the sessions include an overview of disability.Disability Awareness Training
We have the Community Legal Service quality mark for being an information provider. This means that we have good procedures for checking the quality and accuracy of the information we give out.
DissBase is our local database which is continuously updated. Please let us know if you are aware of a local support group that we may not know about. This will ensure that we can signpost people to the group.
