Benefits Advice

Good news for Social Care Agencies and those who carry out Involvement activities for them.
Milton Keynes CAB provides benefits advice to people who are involved with some Social Care agencies.
Citizens Advice Bureau - male adviser answering the phoneAdvice is given according to individual circumstances.
If CSCI or SCIE or GSCC or SfC or an organisation that is supporting their work, asks you to become involved with them, a social care agency member of staff can offer you access to this free confidential telephone service provided by our trained advisors who are specialists in involvement benefit advice.
Health and social care organisations can subscribe to the Involvement Helpline so that service users and carers you involve can also get free specialist advice on involvement and benefits. To learn more . . .

Human Resources Toolkit

There is a new website we have prepared just for you that will give you lots of information about day to day employment issues.

It covers all aspects of Human Resources and gives guidance on the pitfalls you may encounter.

On the right you can see a screen shot that shows the range of topics the website covers.

We aim to provide organisations with a a step by step guide to best practice, templates/master documents, information and guidance, and links to other relevant associations and organisations.
The site is funded by Milton Keynes Community Foundation and is free, confidential and impartial.
