Following a smash-hit run at the National Theatre, Alan Bennett’s acclaimed new comedy People tours the UK. People spoil things; there are so many of them and the last thing one wants is them traipsing through one’s house. But with the parka jungle and a bath on the billiard table, what is Dorothy to do? Her archdeacon sister wants to hand the estate to the care of the National Trust, but Dorothy favours a more creative solution. People reunites Alan Bennett with director Nicholas Hytner, following their collaborations on the celebrated The History Boys and The Habit of Art.Tour cast includes recent Olivier Award-nominee Siân Phillips as Dorothy, Brigit Forsyth as Iris, Selina Cadell as June and Michael Thomas as Lumsden.

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs – 6th December–12th January

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs marches on to the Milton Keynes Theatre stage this Christmas and brings with it some very familiar faces! Leading the fun and frivolity is one of the UK ’s ‘biggest’ exports, Hollywood superstar Warwick Davis! Known to millions from his roles in Star Wars, Harry Potter and Willow, Warwick has most recently been seen on our TV screens in Ricky Gervais’ and Stephen Merchant’s hilarious BBC comedy series Life’s Too Short and Idiot Abroad 3. Back by popular demand Kev Orkian returns to tickle the funny bones of Milton Keynes following his rave reviews as Buttons in Cinderella, whilst star of Les Misérables in the West End, Shaun Dalton joins them as our dashing Prince Charming. With more star casting still to be announced, this year’s spectacular pantomime is going to be our biggest ever!
