Swimming

There are many opportunities in the Milton Keynes area to get fully involved in swimming. In this section you will find useful information about places where you can swim and the various teams and clubs you can get involved in whether you're a novice or a pro!

Stay Cool, Use The Pool

The safest place to enjoy water is a swimming pool, where the water is clear, clean and warm, the depth is known, and there are lifeguards present if things do go wrong.

Bletchley Leisure Centre SwimSchool

Woburn Lido

This pool is one of only a handful of traditional lidos left for miles around and nestles close to the Woburn estate. It was in fact built by the Duke of Bedford in the early part of the last century to keep a smile on the face of the estate's workers and their families and it continues to be popular today.

The main pool and children's paddling pool are open from May to September from 10am to 7pm daily.

A kids' play area, outside, make this a great location for a day out. The centre is open all year round from 9.30am to 10pm on weekdays, 8.30am to 8pm at the weekends. Prices vary depending on teh time you go.
