Brook is the country's largest young people's sexual health charity. For over 45 years, Brook has been providing free and confidential sexual health services, support and advice to young people under the age of 25.
If you are over 25 and in the UK, you can contact FPA. For enquiries outside the UK, information is available from IPPF.
Brook has a network of centres across the UK offering free and confidential sexual health advice and contraception. There are eight Brook centres in Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas for young people to visit to talk to a personal advisor and get the advice they need.

If you don’t want to see someone in person, you can use the freephone helpline number 0808 802 1234 for information and support on sexual health topics such as contraception, emergency contraception, pregnancy testing, abortion and sexually transmitted infections. There’s also an online confidential enquiry service and an option to text Brook on 07717 989 023 (standard SMS rates apply) for those who prefer not to call.
Texts and online messages will be replied to between 9am – 3pm Monday – Friday and phone calls will be answered between 11am – 3pm Monday – Friday.

Call Brook on 0808 802 1234 and select option 1 for information on sexual health issues. You will hear a recorded message and will then be asked to choose the topic you want more information on from a list of options.

Call Worth Talking About if you are under 19 on 0800 28 29 30. The line is open from 7am – midnight every day.
